Running Out of Steam??

Where is everyone this week? I, too, have made limited postings. Just wondering if everyone else is feeling like me….tons of things due at the end of the semester in college classes, at work and with the family, and I am quickly running out of steam! It’s like I’ve run out of things to talk about. Anyone else feeling this way? Let’s here about it!
I absolutely feel the way that you do. I spent Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday finishing up my action research final report for Dr. Kessinger. My weak point in all my graduate work is writing papers. I haven’t made any time this week to work on my wiki, but I did get all 120 tests graded for my students. I feel very tired this morning, and am on my second cup of coffee. My husband and I are taking time to hike in the Red River Gorge today (a balmy 53 degrees is the expected high). Maybe this will rejuvenate me for the upcoming week. I am going to pop out to OLDaily and post something about an article there. I think we are down to three more weeks, then Christmas break is here. Are you taking classes next semester?
It is getting hectic isn’t it? The three weeks before Christmas are exciting but always hard because so much is packed into them, then on top of that add two classes to boot! I am taking two classes next semester as well!
Yes! I absolutely feel like I’m running out of steam! But I think everyone is feeling the burn, too.
I have three kids, and when we’re out on breaks, I ponder how stay at home moms do this full time… it’s so much harder than *work* per say! I’m getting it together, though, and hoping to go out with a bang. Hope your holiday was a good one.

Amen sister….I am glad that I am not the only one. I only have one class this semester and it has about killed me…I am taking two next semester and dreading it. I am hoping to finish this up soon…I am just not into anymore…I am counting the seconds to Christmas break!
